Obituary of Jane Brauninger

Jane M. Brauninger, 92, of Tobyhanna, died Thursday, June 8 at home. She was the wife of C. Judson Brauninger. Born in Fort William, Scotland, she was the daughter of the late Alexander and Margaret (Gray) Macrae. She was a member of the Staten Island Poetry Society, and a member of the Pocono Mountain Bible Fellowship Church in Mt. Pocono. In addition to her husband, "Judd", she is survived by three sons, Richard of Catskill, NY, Scot of Staten Island, NY, Donald of Austin, Texas; two daughters, Ruth Durgin of Golden, Colorado, Melody Nieves of Staten Island; one sister, Ida Harper of Scotland; four grandchildren, Evan and Jill Durgin, Justin and Ryan Nieves; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a son, David. The Reverend Ron Erb will conduct a Memorial Service at 4:00 p.m. on Monday, June 12 at the Pocono Mountain Bible Fellowship Church in Mt. Pocono. A private entombment will take place at Woodbridge Memorial Gardens in Woodbridge, New Jersey.
