Obituary of William Doerfler

William J. Doerfler, 67, of Pocono Lake, died Thursday, September 21 at home. He was the husband of Sandra Doerfler. Born in Pittsburgh, William retired from Rohm & Haas Chemical Company in Bristol. He was of the catholic faith. In addition to his wife, William is survived by three daughters, Kelli Horger of Pocono Lake, Lori Agosta and her husband Justin of Northumberland, and Marcy Kern and her husband Michael of Fairless Hills; four granddaughters, Amanda, Kaytlin, Bailey, and Madison; one brother, Henry Doerfler of Pittsburgh; one sister, Alice Brown of Levittown, many nieces and nephews. The Reverend Wayne Kaufman will conduct a Memorial Service on Monday, September 25 at 3:00 pm at the Bolock Funeral Home, corner of routes 940 & 390, Paradise Valley. A visitation will be held from 2:00 pm until the time of service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Wounded Warrior Project, P.O.
