Obituary of Jesse Grimes

Jesse F. Grimes, 23, of Scranton and formerly of Pocono Lake, died January 22 as the result of a motor vehicle accident in Bear Creek. Born in Philadelphia, he was a 2000 graduate of Pocono Mountain High School. He was employed as a manager at Genetti's in Dickson City. He is survived by his mother, Gerri (Madotto) DeAngelis, and her husband Steve of Pocono Lake; father, John Grimes of Philadelphia; son, Jameson Grimes of Scranton; two brothers, Frank and Kyle Grimes of Pocono Lake; several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. The Reverend Walter Brannen of the Community Bible Church of Pocono Lake will conduct a Memorial Service at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 28 at the Bolock Funeral Home, corner of routes 940 & 390 in Paradise Valley. Cremation took place at the H.G. Smith Crematory in Stroudsburg. There will be a visitation from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home.
