Obituary of Theresa Amato

Theresa Amato, 40, of Long Pond, passed away on Friday November 20, at home. She was the wife of Kirk Heckert. Born in New York, NY, she was the daughter of Marie (Grecco) Amato of Flushing, NY and the late Joseph Amato. She was a graduate of Queensborough Community College in Bayside, NY. In addition to her husband and mother, Theresa is survived by a brother, Anthony Amato of Flushing, NY; a sister, Carol Amato of Wayne Co; a niece, Tiffany Rosen of Bayside, NY; and her loving animals, Rosie, Jay Jay, and Romeo. The Reverend Charles Kollar will conduct a Memorial Service at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 24 at the Lighthouse World Prayer Center, Route 940 in Cresco.
