Obituary of Vera Teerlinck

Vera Teerlinck, 91, of Canadensis, passed away on Monday, September 12 at home. She was the wife of the late Constant Teerlinck. Born in Garfield, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Alexander and Anna (Menegus) Vissa. She is survived by two daughters, Patricia Lepofsky of Randolph, NJ and Kathleen Gutschmidt of Canadensis; a sister, Renee German of Elmwood Park, NJ; five grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a brother, H. Emil Vissa. The Reverend George Alt will conduct a memorial service on Saturday, September 24 at 11am at the Canadensis United Methodist Church, corner of routes 390 & 447. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Vera's Memory to the VNA Hospice House Monroe County, 502 Independence Road East Stroudsburg, PA 18301-8264 Cremation was entrusted to the Bolock Funeral Home Crematory.
