Obituary of Candice Ciborosky

Candice Ciborosky, 34, of Mt. Pocono, passed away Monday, January 23 at home. She was the fiancee of Dr. Steven Demko. Born in Moscow, she was the daughter of June (Varnit) Ciborosky and the late Bernard Ciborosky. Candice received her Bachelor of Science degree from Marywood College. Prior to her illness, she was employed as the office manager of Professional Eye Associates in Mt. Pocono and Brodheadsville. In addition to her fiance and mother, she is survived by two sisters, Shelly Zito of Drums, and Pamela Goodstat of Philadelphia; and two nieces. Especially important in Candice's life were her friends and loving labs, Troon and Bally. She was an accomplished decorator, who loved to cook, shop, and entertain. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 26 at St. Mary of the Mount Church, Fairview Ave., Mt. Pocono. Friends and family may gather on Wednesday, January 25 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Bolock Funeral Home, corner of routes 940 & 390 in Paradise Valley.
