Obituary of Anthony Ventriello

Anthony Ventriello, 69, of Tobyhanna died Monday, March 22 at home. He was the husband of Patricia (Finnegan) Ventriello, to whom he was married for 45 years. Born in New York, New York, he was the son of the late Pasquale and Josephine (Mucciollo) Ventriello. Anthony retired as a supervisor in 1995 for the New York City Housing Authority where he worked for 33 years. He was a member of the Tobyhanna VFW Post #3448. He was an avid gardener who loved woodworking and the outdoors. Anthony was the devoted father of two sons, Anthony M. Ventriello of Cresco and Thomas Ventriello of Tobyhanna. He cherished his four grandchildren: Lauren and Briana of Cresco, and Sabrina and Sophia of Tobyhanna. There will be a viewing on Thursday, March 25 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. at the Bolock Funeral Home, corner of Routes 940 & 390 in Paradise Valley. The Reverend Father Bryan Wright will conduct a Blessing Service at 10:00 a.m. on Friday March 26 at the funeral home. Interment will follow at St. Catherine's Cemetery in Moscow.
