Obituary of Charles "Kirk" Gaston

Charles Kirkpatrick “Kirk” Gaston, 56, passed away peacefully at his home on Saturday, January 3, 2015. Kirk was born November 25, 1958 in Somerville, NJ, to parents Robert Thomas and Elizabeth Mae (Bowker) Gaston. Kirk attended East Stroudsburg High School and Monroe County Vocational Technical School. He enjoyed the outdoors and working as a handyman. He is survived by his longtime companion, Mary Jane Peters of Mount Pocono; mother, Elizabeth B. Gaston of Independence, California; sister, Sara E. Gaston of Independence, California; brothers, Thomas H. Gaston of Stroudsburg; Joseph F. Gaston of Florida; and Scott E. Gaston of Phoenix, Arizona; son, Samuel Gaston of Stroudsburg; daughter, Stephanie Gaston of Jermyn; and several nieces and nephews. Cremation is entrusted to Bolock Funeral Home Crematory. Per Kirk’s request, there will be no services.
