Obituary of Katherine A. Putz

Katherine A. Putz, 48, of Canadensis, died Thursday, March 26, 2015 at Regional Hospital in Scranton, PA. Born in Newton, NJ, she was the daughter of Susan Haney-Millheim, of Canadensis, and the late Dieter H. Putz. She was the wife of the late Claude Brodwell. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her maternal grandmother, Rosemary Deck; brothers, Dieter T. Putz Sr. and his wife, Stephanie, and Joshua Putz; sister, Maryellen Putz; nephews Dieter Jr and John; nieces Ashley and Sabrina; great-niece Kimberly; and many aunts & uncles. A memorial service will be held at the convenience of her family. As she has requested no traditional services, her mother and other family members will be planning a memorial service for warmer weather.
