Obituary of Franklin Rinker

Franklin Rinker, 74, of Stroudsburg, died on April 28, 2015 at the Schuykill Medical Center in Pottsville. Born in Scotrun, he was the son of the late Wade and Lulu (George) Rinker. Frank was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed skeet shooting and riding his Harley Davidson. He was a member of the Whitetail Preserve Gun Club. He was known for his mechanical ability to fix or make anything. He is survived by his wife, June Rinker, of, GA; a daughter: Gladys Bryson of GA; a son: Frank Rinker of GA; brothers: Wade Rinker and his wife Emma Jean of Paradise Twp, John Rinker and his wife June of Scotrun; a granddaughter: Tabatha Bryson; two great grandchildren: Kevin and Lauren and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a brother, George Rinker and sister, Norma Howey. The Rev. Alfred Ruggerio will conduct a memorial service on Monday, May 4 at 5 pm at the Bolock Funeral Home, 6148 Paradise Valley Road, Cresco. The family will receive guests from 4pm until the time of service. Cremation is entrusted to the Bolock Funeral Home Crematory.
