Obituary of Diane R. Belly

Diane R. Belly, 60, of Long Pond, died unexpectedly, Monday, July 20, 2015 at her home. Born in Union, N.J. she was the daughter of Dolores (Ferrara) Belly and the late John Belly. As a teenager, Diane danced at the Steel Pier on the boardwalk in Atlantic City, N.J. She was a graduate of Trenton State College with a degree in Special Education. Diane and her parents owned and operated the Fireside Florist in Union, N.J. for many years. She currently worked at Pen Argyl High School as a Special Ed teacher. Diane loved to read and was an avid New York Yankee fan. In addition to her mom, Dolores, Diane is survived by her brothers, John Belly and his wife, Susan of Fords, N.J., Steve Belly and his wife, Jeanette of East Windsor, N.J.; nieces, Lisa, Stephanie and Danielle. Diane was preceded in death by her father, John and niece, Kimberly. There will be a viewing from 10 to 11 a.m. Friday, July 24 at Bolock Funeral Home, 6148 Paradise Valley Road, Cresco. The Reverend Father John Boyle will conduct a blessing service at 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Private cremation is entrusted to Bolock Funeral Home Crematory.
