Obituary of Berta Valles

Berta O. Valles Berta O. Valles, 76, of Long Pond, died Saturday, November 12, at The VNA Hospice House of Monroe County in East Stroudsburg. She was the loving wife of the late Osvaldo Valles. Born in Cuba, Berta was the daughter of the late Regino and Theresa (Mirabal) De La Cruz. Until her recent illness, Berta worked as an electronics technician at Kulite Semiconductor products, in Leonia NJ. She is survived by one daughter Marisel Meljen and her husband Jorge, of Long pond and two granddaughters Vivienne and Chabeli Meljen of Long Pond. There will be a viewing on Tuesday, Nov 15th from 3:00pm to 7:00pm at the Bolock Funeral Home. 6148 Paradise Valley Rd. Cresco, Pa. A Catholic Blessing Service will be held at 7:00 pm. Cremation services will be private at the Bolock Funeral Home Crematory.
