Obituary of David Farnelli

David "Bear" Farnelli, 54, of Cresco, died unexpectedly, Tuesday, December 29, 2015 at his home. He was the loving husband of Mayra (Gallo) Farnelli. Born in Doylestown, he was a son of Marian (Buechele) Farnelli of LaAnna and the late William Farnelli. David grew up in LaAnna and attended Newfoundland Elementary and Wallenpaupak High School. He was an active member of Innovations Church, and served at the church in many capacities. David owned and operated F.H.S. Property Management in Paradise Valley. In addition to his wife, Mayra, he is survived by his brothers: William Farnelli, Jr. and his wife, Lynn of Bayonne, N.J., Jay Farnelli of South Sterling, Martin Farnelli and his wife, Patricia of Dimock, and Timothy Farnelli and his wife, Alison of Mount Pocono; sister, Susan Farnelli of Emmaus and many nieces and nephews. There will be a viewing from 1 to 3 p.m. Sunday, January 3 at Bolock Funeral Home, 6148 Paradise Valley Road, Cresco. Pastor Charles Kollar will conduct a service at 3 p.m. at the funeral home.
