Obituary of Earl A. Landheer
Earl A. Landheer, 55, of Scotrun, died Thursday, February 18, 2016 at the VNA Hospice House in East Stroudsburg. He was the loving husband of Patricia (Sopack) Landheer whom shared 29 years of marriage.
Born in East Stroudsburg, he was a son of Earl Landheer of Stroud Township and the late Constance Elaine (Barnes) Landheer.
Earl attended Stroudsburg High School and then Edinborough College. In later years he graduated from Delco Blind Sight Center afterward teaching assistive technology to other blind individuals.
Earl was an amazing person who managed to live up to many challenges with patience and fortitude including his illness.
In addition to his wife, and father, he is survived by his son, Jeremy Goodson of Carbondale; his daughters: Jennifer Franzke of Mount Pocono, and Jessica Goodson of Stroudsburg; his brother, Allan Landheer of Stroudsburg; his sister, Kim Staples of Bartonsville and his ten grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews.
Private Cremation has been entrusted to Bolock Funeral Home Crematory.
