Obituary of Alfred V. Lock, Jr.

Alfred V. Lock, Jr., 81, of Mountainhome, died Sunday, July 10, 2016 at Birchwood Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Nanticoke. Born in East Stroudsburg, he was the son of the late Alfred V. Lock, Sr. and Mildred Ann (Englert) Lock. Alfred was a proud veteran of the United States Army. He worked for J.A. Reinhardt & Company as a machinist for over 50 years. Alfred was an avid hunter and fisherman and was a member of the Evans-Blitz Squadron 922 Sons of The American Legion in Canadensis. He is survived by his daughters, Deborah Lock-Smith of White Post, Virginia and Susan Lock of Nazareth; sisters: Sharon LaRose and Linda Lock both of Bethlehem; granddaughter, Sierra Smith of Virginia. Interment with military honors will take place at 2 p.m. Friday, July 29 at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery in Annville. Private cremation has been entrusted to Bolock Funeral Home Crematory.
