Obituary of Sean Patrick Aris
Sean Patrick Aris, 25, of Pocono Pines, died Monday, Sept. 5, 2016, from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident.
Born in East Stroudsburg, he was a loving son of James and Donna (Evans) Aris of Pensacola, Florida.
Sean was a graduate of Pocono Mountain West High School, where he was also a star member of its wrestling team. Known for his hard work, he took pride in everything that he did.
Sean had a heart of gold and would do anything to help others in time of need. He enjoyed life and all it had to offer. He spent many days with his closest friends riding motorcycles, snowmobiles and dirt bikes, or heading out into the woods hunting and fishing. Whatever it was he was doing, he was doing it with all of his heart.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his siblings: Kimberly Mooney and her husband, Patrick, of East Durham, New York; Donna Almdovar and her husband, Toivo, of Effort; James Zimmerman and his wife, Christine, of Levittown, New York; Jaime Shields and her husband, Anthony, of Scranton; Nicole Linsky of Clifton, New Jersey; Dana Aris and her boyfriend, Dylan Lach, of Scranton; and Ryan Aris of Mount Pocono; 13 nieces and nephews; and his closest friends: Joe B, Cody, Shelby, Jesse, John Michael, Lymonte, Zac and Johnny.
There will be a visitation from 3 to 6 p.m. Friday, Sept. 9, at Bolock Funeral Home, 6148 Paradise Valley Road, Cresco. A blessing service will begin at 6 p.m. at the funeral home.
Private cremation is entrusted to Bolock Funeral Home Crematory.
