Obituary of Edward M. Paugh, Sr.

Edward M. Paugh, Sr., 88, of Blakeslee, died Sunday, December 4, 2016 at Pocono Medical Center in East Stroudsburg. He was the loving husband of Patricia (Karcher) Paugh. Born in Miquon, he was a son of the late Robert and Beatrice (Abbott) Paugh. During his working career, Edward was a certified public accountant. In addition to his wife, Patricia, he is survived by his son Edward Paugh, Jr., and his wife, Kathleen of Philadelphia; daughters, Linda Schmids and her husband, William of Darby, and Gayle Paugh of Philadelphia; brother, George Paugh of Arizona; nine grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. There will be a viewing from 9 to 10:30 a.m. Friday, December 9 at Bolock Funeral Home, 6148 Paradise Valley Road, Cresco. Pastor Kenneth Cathcart will conduct a service at 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Keokee Chapel Cemetery, Cresco.
