Obituary of Anna Reardon

Anna J. Reardon, 66, of Tobyhanna, died on Wednesday, January 18, 2012 at Kindred Hospital in Wyoming Valley. She was the loving wife of the late Denis F. Reardon, to whom she had been married for 39 years. Born in Queens, NY she was the daughter of the late Jospeh Kunicki and Florence (Riegal). Anna was a member of St. Margaret's Catholic Church in Middle Village, NY and a member of VFW Post 1172 Ladies Auxillary also is Middle Village, NY. She enjoyed bowling and spending time with and taking care of her family. She is survived by her two sons: Denis J. Reardon and his wife Melissa of Fort Irwin, CA and Joseph M. Reardon of Seaford, NY; her daughter: Ann Nellis and her husband Christopher of Hazelton; and five grandchildren: Patricia and Amber Reardon, Jospeh J. Reardon, Michael C. Nellis and Christopher S. Nellis, Jr. There will be a viewing on Monday, January 23, from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm and 7:00pm to 8:00 pm at the Bolock Funeral Home, route 940 in Cresco. There will be a blessing service at 8:00 pm at the funeral home. Private cremation will follow at the Bolock Funeral Home Crematory.
