Obituary of Richard Luthcke

Richard D. Luthcke, 25, of Tobyhanna, died Wednesday, January 18 as the result of a motor vehicle accident. Born in Westwood, New Jersey, Richard attended Pocono Mountain High School. He was an avid football fan. He is survived by his father, Richard Luthcke and Robin of Pocono Summit; his mother, Linda Luthcke of Mt. Pocono and her fiance, Shawn Lesser; two brothers, Daniel and James Luthcke; a sister, Nicholette Luthcke; his fiance, Deidra Ziegler of Mountainhome; grandparents, Teruko and Richard Luthcke of Tobyhanna; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. He was preceded by his grandmother, Edith Luthcke. There will be a visitation on Sunday, January 22 from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. at the Bolock Funeral Home, 6148 Paradise Valley Road in Cresco, followed by a Memorial Service at the funeral home at 5:00 p.m. Private cremation was entrusted to the Bolock Funeral Home Crematory.
