Obituary of Florence Jacques

Florence A. Jacques, 76, of Henryville, died Wednesday, January 19 at home. She was the wife of the late "Chase" Guilard Jacques. Born in Lawrence, MA, she was the daughter of the late William and Mary (Preston) Golden. She is survived by two sons, Julian and Dario Jacques; a daughter, Rebecca Jani; a brother, Joseph Golden; four sisters, Elizabeth Cooney, Mary Young, Marguerite Ringland, Patricia Dwyer; five grandchildren; one great grandchild; and several nieces and nephews. she was preceded in death by a sister, Beatrice Cote, and two brothers, William Golden Jr. and Francis Golden. Family and friends may gather on Monday, January 24 from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. at the Bolock Funeral Home, Rt. 940 in Cresco. Interment of cremains will follow at Laurelwood Cemetery.
