Obituary of Thomas J. O'Keefe

Thomas J. O’Keefe, 71, of Mount Pocono, died on Tuesday, February 6, 2018 at his home.

Born in Morristown, NJ he was a son of the late James and Nancy (Hawkins) O’Keefe.

Thomas was a proud veteran and served with the United States Army. He was a member of the Teamsters for a Democratic Union and a retiree of Consolidated Freight Trucking Company.

He is survived by his sons: Michael O’Keefe and his wife Amanda of Milford, Brian O’Keefe and his companion (Sigrid Junggren) of Mount Pocono; sisters: Elizabeth Chipko and her husband Steve of Kunkletown, Mary Jane Grant of St. Petersburg, FL; sister-in-law: Betty Jane O’Keefe of Morristown, NJ; grandchildren: Logan, Dylan, Alexis, Finn and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother James.

There are no services at this time. Private cremation has been entrusted to the Bolock Funeral Home Crematory.
