Obituary of James Mills

James Mills, 74, of Greentown, died on Tuesday, February 14, 2012 at his home. He was the loving husband of Stella (Laskowska) Mills. Born in Ashley, PA he was the son of the late George and Natalie (Bogachuck) Mills. James was a veteran of the United States Air Force. He worked as a bus driver for the Lake Wallenpaupack and Mt. Pocono School Districts. In addition to his wife, Stella, he is also survived by two daughters: Debbie Franzo and her husband Rick of Paradise Valley, Lorri Resuta and her husband Dave of Chalfont; a brother Bill Mills and his wife Helena of Phillipsburg; six grandchildren: Jimmy, Eric, Amanda Franzo, Ashley, Rachael, Sabrina Resuta, a great-grandchild: Sol Journey Eclipse; his best friend Tom Dadalski of Greentown, and his dog, Buddy. There will be a viewing on Friday, February 17 from 2-4 and 7-8:30 pm at the Bolock Funeral Home, route 940 in Cresco. The Reverend Father Joseph Kopacz will celebrate a Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday, February 18 at 10:00 am at St. Mary of the Mount Church, 27 Fairview Ave., Mt. Pocono. Interment will take place at 10:00 am on Monday, February 20 at Fort Indiantown Gap National Cemetery in Annville.
