Obituary of Margaret Arnetta Munnerlyn

Margaret Arnetta Munnerlyn, 45, of Pocono Summit, passed away on Saturday, March 3, 2018, at St. Luke’s Hospital in Bartonsville.

Born in Brooklyn, New York, she was a daughter of Frank and Margaret (Moultry) Munnerlyn.

The dictionary defines special as distinguished by some unusual quality. ARNETTA, you are special. You always try to be helpful, you are a woman of few words, but you pay attention to everything that’s going on around you. For instance, if somebody needs a light, she will turn the light on; if somebody needs a hand, she will gladly give them hers. She has the insight to know when her services are needed. It’s quite amazing for someone who’s been labeled “retarded,” but it’s true, and that’s what makes her SOOOOOO “special”! All of us have a special place in this world and I love you!

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her sisters, Robyn E. Moultry and Ann-Marie Munnerlyn. She was an aunt to Asaberry R.R. Coleman and Marlon Williams.

There will be a viewing from 10 to 11 a.m. Thursday, March 8, at Bolock Funeral Home, 6148 Paradise Valley Road, Cresco. 

Private cremation is entrusted to Bolock Funeral Home Crematory.
