Obituary of James Glen Duke

James Glen Duke, 81, of Stroudsburg, died Wednesday, March 7, 2018 at Pleasant Valley Manor. 

Born in Hamilton Township, he was the son of the late Clara T. (Paukovitch) Duke and Walter J. Duke.

A proud Veteran of the United States Navy, "Jim" served for four years. He owned his own trucking company, and later bought The Cabin bar and restaurant in Mountainhome, which he and his mother, Clara, ran for many decades. Later, Jim was a security guard for Buck Hill Falls. 

There will be a viewing from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday, March 16 at Bolock Funeral Home, 6148 Paradise Valley Road, Cresco. Interment will follow at Holy Family Cemetery in Nazareth.
