Obituary of Kaitlyn King

Kaitlyn Michelle King, 19, of Mount Pocono, died suddenly on Tuesday, February 14, 2012. Born in Edison, NJ she was the daughter of Raymond King and Karen (Morse) King and her fiance' Jim Messler. Kaitlyn was a graduate of Pocono Mountain East High School and was currently a student at Northampton Community College studying early childhood education. She was an intern at Hildenbrandt Day Care Center and was devoted to working with kids. She was a cheerleader for Pocono Mountain East for three years and had danced for seven years. Kaitlyn enjoyed photography, oil painting and most of all helping people and spending time with her family and friends. In addition to her parents, she is also survived by her grandparents: George and Barbara Morse of Lake Placid, FL; a brother: Jonathan Robert King and his fiance Patricia Campos of Mt. Pocono; a step-brother: Dustin Matthew King of Carteret, NJ; three uncles: Adam Morse and his wife Stacey of Allentown, NJ, George Morse and his wife Karen of Spotsylvania, VA, William H. King of Keansburg, NJ; an aunt: Kathleen Moran and her husband Bob of Beachwood, NJ and several cousins: Jake, Emily, Madison, Kimmy, Kyle, George, Nicole, Courtney, Brian, Jason, Matthew, Debbie and Billy. There will be a visitation on Sunday, February 19 from 1-3:00 pm and from 5-7:00 pm at the Bolock Funeral Home, route 940 in Cresco. The Reverend Father Joseph Kopacz will celebrate a Mass of Christian Burial on Monday, February 20 at 10:00 am at St. Mary of the Mount Church, 27 Fairview Ave. Mt. Pocono. Interment will follow at St. Paul's Cemetery in Swiftwater.
