Obituary of Charles Robinson

Charles E. Robinson, 93, of Scotrun, died on Wednesday, February 22, 2012 in Scranton. He was the husband of the late Sara (Lewis) Robinson. Born in Norristown, he was the son of the late Charles and Emma ( Macamire) Robinson. A veteran of the United States Navy, he had served during WWII. He was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witness and worked as a chauffer for the federal government until his retirement. He is survived by two sons; Charles Robinson of Exton, Allan Robinson of Scotrun; a niece: Eleanor Meikle of Southampton; a dear friend: Maureen Dietz of Scotrun; five grandchildren; and four great grandchildren. There will be a graveside service on Tuesday, February 28 at 12:00 pm at Forest Hills/Shalom Memorial Park, 101 Byberry Road, Huntingdon Valley, PA.
