Obituary of Robert B. Jabara

Robert B. Jabara, 94, of Lauderdale by the Sea, Florida, died Wednesday, September 26, 2018 in his home of Mount Pocono. He was the loving husband of the late Renee (Karsa) Jabara.

Born in Brooklyn, New York, he was a son of the late Benjamin and Surraya (Massad) Jabara.

He attended Poly Prep Country Day School in Brooklyn, New York and Dartmouth College in New Hampshire. After graduating, Robert was a salesman for his family's company Jabara Linens in Manhattan, New York.

He is survived by his sons: Robert Jabara of Allentown; William Jabara and his wife, Keala of Mount Pocono; and David Jabara of Mount Pocono; grandchildren: Alexandra, William, Ashley, Jason, and Christine.

There will be a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 a.m. Monday, October 1 at the Church of the Virgin Mary, Brooklyn, New York. Burial will follow at Green-Wood Cemetery, Brooklyn, New York.
