Obituary of Victoria F. Richline

Wrapped in the arms of our Lord, Victoria F. Richline left this earthly life on Thursday, October 18. She passed from this life in the comfort of her home surrounded by those who loved her. She was the loving wife of the late David Richline. She was born in 1938 in Easton, PA the daughter of the late Victor and Emma (Oswald) Hilbert.

Victoria was very active throughout the years not only helping to raise her Grandchildren Daniel and Nicole Bartron, but she was also a member of the Willing Workers of Paradise Valley and the St. Paul Seniors. She rang bells in the bell choir at St. Paul and was a Sunday School teacher and Stewardship committee member. She loved to read and do puzzles. In her later years thanks to her friends at Wisteria Commons, she got to enjoy a wonderful group of card and bingo players. Victoria was a gentle soul who loved everyone. This is the memory we will hold dear in our hearts. Her family was the thing she was most proud of in her life and she took such good care of us all.

She was the loving mother to 7 children of whom she is survived: Lori Richline and partner, William Hodgins of Deatsville, AL, David Richline and wife Janet of Mountainhome, PA, Dawn Bartron and Husband John of Paradise Valley, PA, Joan Block and husband Kevin of Staunton, VA, Erica Timms and husband Ernest of Moosic, PA, Amber Harris of Albrightsville, PA, and Mark Richline and wife Mary of Deatsville AL. She leaves behind 18 grandchildren, David Marks, Brandy Marks, Christopher Hammond, Eric Myers, Kevin Myers, Jesse Myers, Karen Leonard, Amanda San Luis, Daniel Bartron, Nicole Bartron, Samantha Rosado, Scott Block, Katelyn Timms, Courtney Harris, Allison Harris, Sierra Easterling, Mark Richline, Elizabeth Richline. She was preceded in death by beloved grandson Jonathan Curtis. She also leaves behind 15 great grandchildren and several grand cats and grand dogs.

God must hold a special place for hospice workers. The Arcadia Group were such a large part of Victoria’s wellbeing and comfort during the final stage of her journey.

There will be a visitation from 10 am until 11 am on Saturday, October 27 at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 158 Fish Hill Road, Tannersville, PA followed by a memorial service conducted by Pastor Carl Filer.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to either St. Paul Lutheran Church or the Arcadia Hospice Group.

Private cremation has been entrusted to Bolock Funeral Home Crematory.
