Obituary of Patrica Consiglio

Patricia Consiglio, 85, of Buck Hill Falls, died Tuesday, Nov. 20, 2018 at home with her family. She was the loving wife of Louis V. Consiglio, with whom she shared 56 years of marriage.

Born in Nyack, New York, she was a daughter of the late Philip and Hazel (Burgess) Glynn.

Patricia was a graduate of Marywood University in Scranton. She taught school in Long Island, New York, and Rockland County, New York. She also spent time as a fashion model in New York City and as an executive hostess at Lederle Laboratories in Pearl River, New York. She and Louis raised their family in Mahwah, New Jersey, and among other locations Patricia and Louis resided in Tokyo, Japan. In addition they visited different vacation homes in Quechee, Vermont, Sarasota, Florida, and Buck Hill Falls from 1987 until moving there permanently in 2001. At Buck Hill Falls Patricia was an avid golfer and member of the Women’s Golf Association.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her son, Greg Consiglio and Joanne Colan of London, England; daughter, Karen Von Eisenburg and her husband, Dale, of Sparta, New Jersey; brother, Philip Glynn and his wife, Martha; sisters, Kaye Ivimey and Liz Riley and her husband, Dan; and two grandchildren, Mark and Mia Von Eisenburg. Patricia was preceded in death by her siblings, Joan Murphy, Jean Marshal, John Glynn and Thomas Glynn.

There will be a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. Dec. 1 at Villa of Our Lady, 245 Meadowside Road, Mount Pocono. Burial will held at the convenience of her family. Arrangements have been entrusted to Bolock Funeral Home and Crematory Inc.

In lieu of flower Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Memphis TN or St. Luke’s Hospice in Stroudsburg.
