Obituary of Dina R. Jaeger

Dina R. Jaeger, 65, of Tobyhanna, died Saturday, December 15, 2018 at St. Luke’s University Hospital in Fountain Hill. She was the loving wife of Wilfried Jaeger with whom she shared 20 years of marriage.

Born in Bronx, New York, she was a daughter of the late Frank and Aida (Acosta) Rivera.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her sons: John Mann and his wife, Ruth of Paris, Texas; Michael P. Mann and his wife, Misty of Texarkana, Texas; daughters: Jennifer Upchurch and her husband, Yancy of Genoa, Arkansas; Lisa Leeks and her husband, Calvin of Paris, Texas; brother, David F. Rivera of Mount Home, North Carolina; and Stephen C. Acosta and his wife, Josephine Silvagnoli of Charleston, South Carolina; sister, Teresita Rivera Toral and her husband, Eric of Mount Vernon, New York; stepdaughter, Catherine Sosa and her husband, Francisco of Astoria, New York; and 11 grandchildren; and dear friends, Pastor Tiny Freelen and wife, Sissie of Paris, Texas. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Cynthia Mann.

There will be a viewing from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, December 19 at Bolock Funeral Home, 6148 Paradise Valley Road, Cresco. A funeral service will be held at 7 p.m. at the funeral home.

Private cremation has been entrusted to Bolock Funeral Home Crematory.
