Obituary of Elisha King

Elisha King, 83, of Tobyhanna, died on Sunday, June 10, 2012 at the VNA Hospice House of Monroe County. He was the loving husband of Dorothy (Edwards) King. Born in Carlton, AL he was the son of the late Samuel and Ethel (Scott) King. He was a member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses in Mount Pocono. In addition to his wife, Dorothy, he is also survived by a daughter: Janet Harris and her husband Benjamin of Tobyhanna; a son: Allen King and his wife Lorraine Serio of Columbus, NJ; two sisters: Ann Bastanzio and Ada Lowe; three grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son: Earl King. The family will hold a memorial service on Saturday, June 16 at 1:00pm at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses in Mount Pocono. Private cremation was entrusted to the Bolock Funeral Home Crematory.
