Obituary of Dolores Maminski

Dolores Maminski Dolores Maminski, 82, of Pocono Summit, died on Sunday , August 5 at Pocono Medical Center in East Stroudsburg. She was the wife of the late Thaddeus Maminski. Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late John and Mary (Stefanowicz) Stankiewicz. Before her retirement Dolores and her husband owned and operated a restaurant called The Tavern in the Port Richmond section of Philadelphia from 1963 to 1983. Dolores is survived by a son, Mark and his wife Mary of Pocono Summit. In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by a brother John Stankiewicz Jr. There will be a visitation on Friday, August 10 from 6 to 7pm at the Bolock Funeral Home , 6148 Paradise Valley Road, Cresco . The Reverend Father Joseph Kopacz will conduct a memorial service at 7pm at the funeral home. Private cremation services were entrusted to the Bolock Funeral Home Crematory.
