Obituary of Brian Rider

Brian Keith Rider (February 19, 1959 - August 20, 2012) Brian Keith Rider, 53, of Reeders, died Monday, August 20, 2012. Born in West Point, NY, he was the son of Harry and Shirley Rider of Tobyhanna, Pa. He was the husband of Kristen Rider of Reeders. Brian was a graduate of Ayer High School in Ayer, MA. He then graduated from Wilma Boyd Career School in Pittsburgh, Pa. His career of Tree Service was his entire life. He was of the Protestant faith. In addition to his wife and parents he is survived by his two children: Paul and Briana of Tobyhanna; Sandra, sister of Manassas Park, Virginia and Brad, brother of Tobyhanna. Brian was preceded in death by his older brother, Harry who passed away in 2002. A memorial service will be conducted at 6:00 pm, Wednesday, August 22, at the Bolock Funeral Home, 6148 Paradise Valley Road, in Cresco. Burial will be at Keokee Cemetery at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the America Diabetes Association.
