Obituary of Frederick Sciolaro

Frederick A. Sciolaro, Jr., 52, of Tobyhanna, died unexpectedly on Thursday, August 30, 2012 at his home. Born in Hackensack, NJ he was the son of Frederick and Mary Ann (Salomone) Sciolaro, Sr. He was a retired Sergeant for the Bergen County Sheriff's Office where he worked as a corrections officer. Frederick was an active member of Pocono Farms Country Club and the Police Benelovant Association 134. In addition to his parents, he is survived by: two brothers: Mark Sciolaro of Saddle Brook, NJ; Michael Sciolaro of Tobyhanna; two sisters: Deanna Sciolaro of Carlstadt, NJ, Barbara Sciolaro of Saddle Brook, NJ; two nephews: Connor Sciolaro, Jack Wilczynski and a niece: Stefanie Sciolaro. There will be a viewing on Tuesday, September 4 from 2-4 pm at the Bolock Funeral Home, 6148 Paradise Valley Road in Cresco. The Reverend Father Joseph Kopacz will conduct a funeral service at 4pm at the funeral home. Burial will take place on Wednesday, September 5 at 3 pm at Seese Hill Cemetery in Canadensis.
