Obituary of Mary Sole

Mary Sole (May 16, 1931 - November 20, 2012) Mary Sole, 81, of Cresco, died on Tuesday, November 20, 2012, at VNA Hospice House of Monroe County in East Stroudsburg. She was the loving wife of the late Ralph Sole, Sr. Born in Brooklyn, NY, she was the daughter of Howard Shann and Bridget Meenach. Mary enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who were her world. She is survived by her daughters: Diane Hodson of Henryville, Joy Beekman and husband William of Tobyhanna, Geraldine Muldoon and husband Michael of Tannersville; Sons: Ralph Sole Jr. of Cresco, Vincent Sole and wife Joyce of Tobyhanna; Seventeen grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren including one on the way. There will be a viewing on Sunday, November 25 from 2:00-5:00 PM at Bolock Funeral Home, 6148 Paradise Valley Road, Cresco, Pa. 18326. The Reverend Father Joseph Kopacz will celebrate a Mass of Christian Burial on Monday, November 26 at 10:00 AM at St. Mary of the Mount Church, 27 Fairview Ave., Mt. Pocono, Pa. 18344. Burial will follow at Laurelwood Cemetery, 901 Bryant St., Stroudsburg, Pa. 18360
