Obituary of Jennifer Shaika

Jennifer J. Shaika, 24 of Lehighton, died unexpectedly on Sunday, February 17, 2013 at Gnaden Huetten Memorial Hospital. Born in Springfield, Pa she was the daughter of Jeffrey Shaika of Bangor and Colleen (Reider) Shaika of Lehighton. Jennifer had a love for music and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her brother: Justin Shaika and his wife Jamie of Bangor; paternal grandmother: Joyce Shaika of Jim Thorpe; step mother: Sandy Shaika of Bangor; her mother's companion: Vicki Kelly of Lehighton; two nieces: Alexis and Alyssa both at home and several aunts, uncles and cousins. There will be a viewing on Thursday, February 21 from 9-11am at the Wesley United Methodist Church, School Road in Belfast. Services will follow at 11am at the church. Burial will take place at the Plainfield Cemetery.
