Obituary of Flora Rinker

Flora M. Rinker(Willie), 85, of Scotrun died on, Thursday, January 31, 2013 at her home. She was the loving wife of George Rinker. Flora and George were married in 1945 and spent 67 loving years together raising their family. As a working mother she raised three children George Jr. and wife Martha of White Haven; Ellen Rose and husband Adrian of Scotrun. She was preceded in death by Irene Duncan , husband Robert of Houston, TX. Flora's love and memoires will live on in her five grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and one great-great granddaughter. Born on July 2, 1927, to the late James and Luella (Hensler) Albert. She is survived by a brother James Albert of Elizabethtown; sisters: Luella Grout of Idaho and Eleanor Deither of East Stroudsburg. She was preceded in death Alberta Strunk and Russell Albert. Flora is now on her grand journey to see her loved ones and friends that preceded her. God is waiting with open arms for her beautiful soul. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Tobyhanna Food Pantry on Route 611 in Tobyhanna or to the Villa of Our Lady Retreat House, 245 Meadowside Road, Mount Pocono, PA 18344. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
