Obituary of Kathleen Fuentes

Kathleen P. Fuentes, 48, of Mount Pocono, died Monday, March 18th at Lehigh Valley Medical Center, after fighting a courageous battle with cancer. She was the loving wife of Antonio Fuentes. Born in Jersey City, NJ she was the daughter of John Leach and the late Elizabeth Lee. She was a graduate of Memorial High School, West New York, NJ. She co-owned with her husband, Ken's PDQ Lube and Service Center in Tannersville, where she did much of the accounting and office work. In Addition to her husband Tony, she is survived by her father John Leach Sr. and his wife Karen of Longwood Fl. two sons: Cory and A.J. Fuentes of Mt. Pocono; a daughter :Tanya Fuentes of Mount Pocono; a brother: John Leach Jr. and his wife Jeannie of Pocono Summit; a sister: Kelly Leach of Florida; Father in-law: Antonio Fuentes of Cuba; Sister in law: Miriam Novo and her husband Guillermo; two grandchildren: Chase Winters and Caleb Fuentes; two Godchildren: Gabrielle Sabino and Frankie Vegliante; and a nephew Jonathon Leach. There will be a viewing on Sunday, March 24 from 2 to 5pm at the Bolock Funeral Home, 6148 Paradise Valley Road Cresco. The Reverend Father Gregory Loughney will celebrate a Mass of Christian Burial on Monday March 25th at 10:30am at St. Mary of the Mount Church, 27 Fairview Ave, Mount Pocono.
