Obituary of Mary Bobby

Mary Bobby, 97, of Pocono Summit, died on Tuesday, April 9, 2013 peacefully at home surrounded by her family. She was the loving wife of the late Edward Joseph Bobby who died in 2009. Born in Pocono Summit, she was the daughter of the late Andrew and Elizabeth (Zelesnik) Rusnock. Mary worked as a Supervisor for National Drug (now known as Sanofi Pasteur). She was a founding and lifelong member of the Pocono Summit Volunteer Fire Co. and a former member of the Pocono Lake Lionettes. She belonged to the Glenbrook Country Club for many years where she was an avid golfer. She also spent much of her younger years in bowling leagues, often traveling for tournaments. She enjoyed spending her retirement years crocheting and knitting, playing bingo and word search puzzles and playing slots at the local casinos. She is survived by three daughters: Ann Marie Kinsley and her husband Donald of Pocono Summit, Gloria Wagner and her husband James of Henryville, Patricia Stout of Bangor; 14 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great grandchildren and 3 great-grandpuppies.She was preceded in death by her first husband John Fedin Sr., a son John Fedin Jr., 2 brothers and 2 sisters. There will be a viewing on Friday, April 12 from 4-7pm at the Bolock Funeral Home, 6148 Paradise Valley Road, Cresco. The Reverend Gregory Loughney will conduct a service on Saturday, April 13 at 11am at the funeral home. There will be a second viewing on Saturday from 10am until the time of service. Burial will follow at St. Catherine's Cemetery in Moscow. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the VNA Hospice House, 502 VNA Road, East Stroudsburg, PA 18301.
