Obituary of Michelle Bartell Seese

Michelle A. Bartell Seese, 51, of Pocono Summit, died unexpectedly on Tuesday, May 14, 2013 at her home. Born in Scranton, she was the daughter of Edward and Alice (Edwards) Bartell. She was a graduate of Monsignor McHugh class of 1979. She worked for Pocono Mountain School District as a Hall Monitor and also for the CVS in Cresco, she was a former employee of the United States Postal Service. Michelle had a love for animals, gardening and taking long walks, but her biggest love was spending time with her family. She had a zest for life and lived every moment to the fullest. In addition to her parents, she is survived by: two daughters: Brittany Seese of Greentown; Kelsie Seese of Pocono Summit; two brothers" Michael Bartell and his wife Joanne of Pocono Summit, Edward Bartell and his wife Tina of Ellington, CT; a sister: Ellen Jean and her husband Gary of Orangeburg, SC; her loving companion: Jeff Navratil; seven nieces and nephews: Stacey, Michael, Valerie, Justin, Nicole, Brandon and Briell. There will be a viewing on Friday, May 17 from 2-4 and 7-8:30pm at the Bolock Funeral Home, 6148 Paradise Valley Road, Cresco. The Reverend Father Joseph Kopacz will celebrate a Mass of Christian burial on Saturday, May 18 at 10:00 am at St. Mary of the Mount Catholic Church, 27 Fairview Avenue in Mount Pocono. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to American Heart Association, PO Box 163549, Columbus, OH 43216-3549 or to AWSOM PO Box 13, Stroudsburg, PA 18360. Cremation is entrusted to the Bolock Funeral Home Crematory.
