Obituary of Jerry McKenna

Jerry McKenna Sr, 70, of Stroudsburg, died on Friday, February 28, 2014 at his home. He was the loving husband of the late Alice (Gibbs) McKenna. Born in Brooklyn, NY he was the son of the late Francis and Kathleen (Mulligan) McKenna. He is survived by his children: Christine Morrison and her husband Richard of Woodhaven, Queens, NY; Tracy (Gibbs) Dunlap and her Fiance' Billy of Canadensis; Richard Gibbs of Parker, CO; Jerry McKenna Jr. and his wife Lisa of Levittown; Steven McKenna and is wife Carol of Hillsdale; his sister: Maureen McKenna of Long Island, NY. Nine grandchildren: Richie,Robert, Matthew, Heather, Erik, Vincent, Christopher, Brian and Kevin. He was preceded in death by his sisters: Lillian Altman; Eileen Conway and Kathleen McKenna; and his brother: Frank McKenna. There will be a viewing on Thursday March 6th from 2:00 to 4:00 pm and 7:00 to 8:30 pm at Bolock Funeral Home, 6148 Paradise Valley Road, Cresco. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 10:00 a.m. on Friday March 7th at St. Luke Catholic Church in Stroudsburg, 818 Main Street.
