Obituary of Charles Giambalvo

Charles Giambalvo, 64, of Tobyhanna, died on Saturday, April 19, 2014 at the VNA Hospice House in East Stroudsburg. Born in Brooklyn, NY, he was the son of the late Charles and Lena (Ruggiero) Giambalvo. He was a gentle, kind, loving man. Charlie had always lent a helping hand, for those who knew him he will be forever in our hearts and greatly missed. He is survived by his uncles: Angelo Ruggiero of Connecticut, Fred Ruggiero of Nevada and many loving cousins. He was preceded in death by his sister Pauline Giambalvo. There will be a visitation from noon to 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 4, at Bolock Funeral Home, 6148 Paradise Valley Road, Cresco. The Reverend Father Paul Fontanella will conduct a memorial service at 1:00 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Cremation has been entrusted to Bolock Funeral Home Crematory.
