Obituary of David Laquintano

David Laquintano, 90, of Cresco, died on Tuesday, April 29, 2014 at Allied Skilled Nursing Home in Scranton. He was the loving husband of the late Irene (Coffman) Laquintano. Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late Frank and Jenny (Basso) Laquintano. He attended Bok Tech and graduated from Eastern Bible Institute in Green Lane. David was an Ordained Minister with the Assemblies of God church and Pastored at Paradise Valley Assembly of God, Honesdale Assembly of God, Clarks Summit Assembly of God and Berwick Assembly of God. He is survived by his sons: David Laquintano and his wife Christine and Paul Laquintano and his wife Lee; sisters: Esther Zellner, Jenny Ciarrocchi, Tina Reid and Ella Ciavola; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brothers Angelo and Henry Laquintano. There will be a viewing from 9:30 to 10:30 am on Saturday, May 3 at Bolock Funeral Home, 6148 Paradise Valley Road, Cresco. Reverend David Laquintano will conduct a funeral service at 10:30 am at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Keokee Cemetery.
