Obituary of Sharon Christian

Sharon M. Christian, 57, of Canadensis, died on Sunday, May 11, 2014 at her home. She was the wife of the late George Christian. Born in East Stroudsburg, she was the daughter of Helen (Polonis) Kingdom of North Augusta, S.C. and the late Robert Kingdom. She graduated from Pocono Central Catholic High School in Cresco in 1975. Sharon worked for JA Reinhardt & Company in Mountainhome for 33 years. She was of the catholic faith. In addition to her mother, Helen, she is survived by her son: Michael Christian of Wilkes-Barre, companion: Glen Jenkins of Canadensis; brother: Robert Kingdom and his wife, Betty of Augusta, GA and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her husband George. There will be a visitation from 3 to 5 on Thursday, May 15, at Bolock Funeral Home, 6148 Paradise Valley Road, Cresco. A memorial service will be held at 5 p.m. at the funeral home. Cremation has been entrusted to Bolock Funeral Home Crematory.
