Obituary of David Brown

David Roger Brown, 50, went to be with his father on May 14, 2014. Born in Chicago, he was the son of the late Roger Brown and Pearl and Richard Miller. He was a member of Pocono Community Church. David spent the past 20 years in the Pharmaceutical business and the last 7 years working at Sanofi Pasteur. He is survived by many loving family members including his wife, Theodora "Teddi" Brown, and children, Daniel and Charis Brown, Kari and Thad Loomis and Vaughn Labor. All of whom he loved as his own. There will be a viewing from 11 to 1 on Monday, May 19, at Bolock Funeral Home, 6148 Paradise Valley Road, Cresco. Pastor Tim VanderBaan will conduct a funeral service at 1 at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Colon Cancer Alliance, 1025 Vermont Ave., NW, Suite 1066 Washington, DC 20005 and to CaringBridge, Donation Processing Center PO Box 6032 Albert Lea, MN 56007-6632. Cremation is entrusted to Bolock Funeral Home Crematory.
