Obituary of Frederick Harrold

Frederick M. Harrold, 98, of Pocono Pines, died December 26, 2010. Born in Danville, PA, he was the son of the late Frederick J. and Mary Susan (Miller) Harrold. Before his retirement, he was employed as a baker for Centenary College in Bethlehem, PA. He was a member of Salem United Church of Christ in Pocono Pines. He was a lifetime member of the Tobyhanna Township Ambulance Corp., as well as a past President, Vice President, and Treasurer. He is survived by a daughter, Sylvia Mary Harrold of Los Angeles, CA. and three grandchildren, Frederick Dunning, Hazel Ann Dunning and Rose Marie Dunning, a step-son, William Naimey and his wife Betty, of Surfside Beach, S.C., step-grandson, Stephen Naimey of Kennebunk, ME, two step-granddaughters, Cindy Cantin of Marlborough, CT and Charlene Naimey of Columbia, S.C. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Edith (Hawk) Harrold and his late wife, Marie (Naimey) Harrold. There will be a visitation from 9:30 to 11:00 a.m. at the Bolock Funeral Home, route 940, in Cresco. A funeral service will take place at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home.
