Obituary of Robert Noon

Robert Patrick Noon, 27, of Cresco, died Wednesday, May 18 at the VNA Hospice House of Monroe County in Smithfield Township. Born in Belleville, NJ, he was the son of R. Kevin Noon of Tobyhanna and Deanna M. (Hollenbeck) Noon of Cresco. Robert graduated from Pocono Mountain East High School and attended East Stroudsburg University. He was an accomplished Martial Artist, having mastered several disciplines. Robert worked at Sanofi Pasteur as an inspector. In addition to his parents, Robert is survived by his two sisters: Deanna Berger and her companion Andy Holmes of Cresco and Lindsay Dwyer of Newfoundland; stepmother, Mary E. Noon; step-sister, Stephanie N. Hager and five nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his grandparents: Ken and Edith Noon, and Elvin and Marilyn Hollenbeck. There will be a viewing on Saturday, May 21 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the Bolock Funeral Home, route 940 in Cresco. A Blessing Service will take place at 8 pm at the funeral home. Private cremation will follow at the Bolock Funeral Home Crematory.
