Obituary of Marie Lamattina

Marie C. Lamattina, 76, of Scotrun, passed away on Thursday, April 17 at home. She was the wife of Victor Lamattina. Born in Brooklyn, New York she was the daughter of the late James W. Colelli, Sr. and Sylvia R. (Lambaise) Colelli. She attended St. Frances DeChantal School, St. Brendan's School and graduated from Curtis High School. Marie volunteered at Deborah Hospital in New Jersey as a Candy Striper while in high school and while her husband was in the service. Before her retirement, Marie worked in the advertising industry and was employed as a training manager for the R.H. Donnelly Company. In addition to her husband, Victor, she is survived by a brother, James W. Colelli, Jr. of Staten Island, NY; and a sister, Marguerite A. Mohan, also of Staten Island. There will be a viewing on Monday, April 21 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the Bolock Funeral Home, corner of routes 940 & 390 in Paradise Valley. The Reverend Father Richard Czachor will conduct a Blessing Service at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 22 at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Laurelwood Cemetery in Stroudsburg.
