Obituary of Jacqueline F. Dziuban

Jacqueline F. Dziuban, 90, of Mountainhome, passed away on Friday, April 4 at home. Born in Amityville, New York, she was the daughter of the late James and Jean (Vautin) Francis. Jacqueline loved gardening, needlepoint, antiques, and was an avid New York Yankees fan. She is survived by a son, Peter Dziuban of NY, NY; two daughters, Lisa Ishimuro of Doylestown, Nancy Balph of Kensington, MD; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by two sisters. Pastor Paul Stevenson will conduct a Memorial Service at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, April 7 at the Bolock Funeral Home, corner of Routes 940 & 390 in Paradise Valley. Friends may gather from 5:30 p.m. until the time of service. Cremation was entrusted to the Bolock Funeral Home Crematory.
