I was fortunate enough to work with Dr. Parker for the very short time he was at the Animal Emergency Clinic in Pittston, PA. I worked with him in the surgical department. He was a warm, gifted, and wonderful man and I feel blessed to have known him. My sympathies to Ramona and his entire family.
